We have spent 2 days in standard triple room with comfortable bed, TV, as example, everything was good. It was based in very comfortable building in an excellent location, in center of Rovaniemi.

The unit was nicely decorated.

This place is perfectly situated close to the city center, the bus station for Santa Claus Village, and the airport bus, making it convenient for accessing all attractions, and the room was spacious with a lovely hint of 'northern lights'.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and in a very central location near to the Santa village / airport as well as all the shops, restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and sensational with lovely food. The HELPFUL service and the attention to detail!

This place is clean, well-decorated, and has a cozy bed, making it a wonderful spot to stay at.

Beautifully kept hotel, neat, employees are excellent, and location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT near the bus station for the Santa Claus Village. The breakfast is rich, the room is well-equipped and well decorated with comfortable bed. They offer a mini fridge bar and a couch bed. Thank you very much, will be returning here soon.

The location of this place was perfect, right in the center and close to the safari center, plus St Paul's Church was just 1 km away, making it ideal for a Santa visit.

The hotel is located in the city centre, very close to restaurants and shops.

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Rooms are noisy and lots of guests talking loudly in hallway. Our room was on the road side and there was a nightclub, lost of talking on Saturday night until about 3 a.m. Not suitable for light sleepers.

Comfortable vibes in a happening shopping area. Scored a room with a cozy bed 😊. the grub here was top-notch and super enjoyable.

We stayed in the hotel during Xmas holidays and we were rather surprised to find out on 6th of January that the restaurant was closed for "normal" visitors because of group booking. I think that this is not correct for hotel restaurant. Our room was situated above the night club and we had to listen to music and shouting of drunk club visitors up to 4am every night. I think that hotel staff should not give such room to families with small children. Reception staff is not helpful enough. We were waiting for the bus to the Zoo, lady at reception told us that the zoo was in opposite direction and the bus will not stop here. We had to take a taxi and go very quickly to local bus staion. Of course the bus stopped near the hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and was delighted to find that they provide a sauna facility called Kota, located right next to the Tokka meeting room. The Kota sauna, which can accommodate up to 20 people, was a fresh and modern space to unwind after a long day of meetings. It provided a perfect setting for a relaxed evening sauna experience.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or work area. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space equipped with computers and printers for guests to use for any last-minute work needs.
